11 weeks

Angeline is 11 weeks old! She loves to stand and she loves her big brother so here are some pictures taken today of her enjoying both. On Thursday she had her 2 month shots and did very well. She weighs 10 lbs 5 oz and measures 23 1/2 inches tall. Basically she is a tall and thin, happy and healthy baby girl. David was going to have a check up as well on Thursday but he ended up staying home with Daddy because he had the flu. Thankfully he recovered quickly. Jonathan was supposed to have a 3 day weekend but ended up having to work today but we are happy to have the over-time right now. Also Jonathan had a check up for his eyes and he now sees 15/20 which is better then 20/20 so we are very glad for that. Thanks to everyone for leaving comments. It's always nice to hear that people are appreciating our pictures and the time it takes to give updates.

10 Weeks

It's hard to believe that Angeline is already 10 weeks old (since Saturday). We got possession of our house when she has 3 weeks old and have been increadibly busy ever since. We still have a lot to do but this last week it seems like we have settled into a ruteen. I have enjoyed my children very much this last week. David loves Angeline and asks to hold her all the time. Angeline loves David... you can tell by the way she watched him. I just LOVE these pictures of our beautiful baby girl.

J, M, D, and A

Jonathan took a nice picture of me with David and Angeline on Sunday. It is one of the only pictures I have so far of the 3 of us. We need to get some more family pictures as well. David doesn't often cooperate for pictures but he did on Sunday so maybe our next family picture will turn out well. It's hard to get 4 people looking good at the same time!

Loving the Park

There are some great parks near us. We first discovered this on the long weekend when it was really hot. The playground is in the shade so we didn't even have to worry about sun screen. Next to the playgrounds there is a water park so we have also been there twice. The first time David hardly got wet at all but the second time Madison showed him what it was all about. While David is playing, Angeline is sleeping so it makes for a relaxing afternoon. I love getting out for a walk when Jonathan is working his late shift. It gives us something fun to do between when Daddy leaves and dinner. After dinner it is almost bedtime and I've been giving David a bath before bed so he is sleeping a bit better this way.

Backyard Fun

I took these pictures while we were enjoying our backyard a few days ago. It has been so nice and sunny. This last week I've been getting a lot of pictures of Angeline's big smile. David and I enjoyed some watermelon and Angeline enjoyed being warm in the shade next to us. Oma made us a great picnic blanket and we have it outside on the grass almost everyday.

Out with the old...

We have really been enjoying our new stove. Thanks Bob for installing it for us! I love cooking with gas! Didn't love our first gas bill so much but I think our old stove had a small leak so hopefully next month will be better. Oh the joys of being home owners (no, we are not sick of it already).

Wednesday Twins

Wednesday at moms and tots I took some pictures of Angeline with Benjamin. Angeline was due 10 days after Benjamin but as it turned out was born 4 days before him. One of the other moms asked if they were twins. We woke Luke up from a nap to join the happy couple but he wasn't very impressed.

Saturday Wedding

Saturday Jonathan, Angeline and I went to David's wedding. Not OUR David but a good friend of mine from youth group. It was a beautiful ceremony with 4 organists and the Anglican church choir. We got to visit with my youth leaders and their boys as well as my good friend Del and Derek and Debbie. We had the D's over for games after the wedding and Marnie and Glen came for tea on Monday so it was a great weekend to visit and reconnect. We took some group pictures at the wedding but they didn't turn out. Here is Angeline all dressed up for the occasion.

Friday Friends

Friday we had the Mitchell's over for dinner. We got to use the patio set my dad got us for a house warming gift for the first time. And as always the kids had fun playing together. Our digital camera is missing but Tony took these great pictures. Thanks Tony!

Baby, Baby, Baby!

Here are a few of the many pictures taken at a baby shower for little James (in green and yellow). Luke (in blue) and Angeline (in pink, of coarse!) are exactly 4 weeks apart and James came shortly after Luke. Angie also has another little boyfriend, Benjamin... who was born less then a week after her and of coarse Edmund in California aswell. So we are very happy to have so many boyfriends for our baby girl but with all of these boys she is going to need a girlfriend to chat to about them! What's a girl to do?
