Some of you may have noticed the countdown near the bottom of our blog, others have heard from us or from someone else and some of you may be finding out for the first time as I officially blog that Jonathan and I are expecting our third child.
We thought "Sweet Pea" was a little more charming then "it" or "baby#3" so that is what we have named baby for the duration of our pregnancy.
Yesterday we began our 11th week, Sweet Pea is the size of a large lime and growing fast. We had a doctors appointment today and everything looks great. We even got to hear the sweetest sound... Sweet Pea's heart beating. I know there are a lot of people anxious to find out if Sweet Pea is a boy or girl but we have decided to keep that a surprise. So everyone including us is just going to have to wait until Sweet Pea is born.

Hey lissa. Congratulations on sweet pea!
I was looking through my college pictures yesterday and thinking about all those years at CBC and all my friends. Some I have kept in touch with and some I have lost contact with, one of them being you. I know that this last year for you and Jon has been very eventful and I'm sorry to say that as a friend I was not there for you.
I wondered if you might be interested in hanging out sometime? I am in Langley a couple times a week and have a fairly flexible schedule. Let me know if you are interested. ~ Laura Abraham

I haven't had the chance to phone and congratulate you myself yet but when Ben told me, I literally jumped and I am so very excited for you guys. Sooo CONGRATULATIONS!. I am on my 36th week as of today, so we only have 4 weeks left till our due date. Hoping she will come a lil' early but know she will come when she is ready lol. Remember if you can to keep track of the heart rate so we can find out if there is any truth in girls having higher heart rates then boys...lol.
P.S. Now I am not with them just yet in thinking it's a girl but I honestly really hope you are having a girl. It would be really nice to have our boys and girls close in age together but God has his plans for us and whatever will be, will be.
